She is survived by: her husband Gary Phelps of Morgantown; her sons, Jason Keith Dockery (Ashlee) of Morgantown and David Phelps of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Jason of Morgantown, Michael of Morgantown, Sierra of Morgantown, Faith of Morgantown, Trinity Dockery of Morgantown and Bronson Vaughn of Morgantown; and her siblings, Kay Filback of Morgantown, Allene Lamar (Ellis) of Beaver Dam, Mary Bratcher of Morgantown, Estil Dockery (Faye) of Beaver Dam and Pete Dockery (LaDonna) of Morgantown. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
