She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollie McKinney and Nellie Ann Proctor Osborne; her former husband Herbert Beldon Howard; her husband Arthur Kibby Taylor; and her siblings, Loyce McKinney Champion and Jim Osborne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Howard of Morgantown, KY and Glenda McChesney (Mark) of Hopewell, Virginia; her grandchildren, Jyme Kessinger of Morgantown, KY, Rachel Daugherty of Morgantown, KY, Tawny Daugherty (Kalem Hunt) of Beaver Dam, KY and Charles McChesney of Hopewell, Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Beldon Daugherty of Morgantown, KY, Raegan Hunt of Beaver Dam and Elijah Hunt of Beaver Dam, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
