He is survived by: his daughters, Madison and Lily Peak; his mother Hedda Mitchell Peak (Philip Mattingly) of Ekron; his sisters, Amber Dickinson (Duane) and Amanda Hester (Terry) of Freeport, FL; his cousins, Sierra Basham and Darrell Fogle; his close friends, Ronnie and Joe Feger; and his girlfriend Leola Shouse. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
