With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Elaine Phelps of Morgantown, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on January 7, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her sister Carolyn Runea Evans; and her stepgrandson Scotty D. House. She is survived by : her sons, Billy Russell Phelps (Beverly) of Morgantown, KY and Joshua Darrell Phelps of Morgantown, KY; her stepdaughter Sheila Neal (Hal) of Morgantown, KY; her grandsons, Isaac Daniel Phelps of Morgantown, KY, Jayson Cole Phelps of Morgantown, KY, Austin Hal Neal of Morgantown, KY and Victor Cole Neal of Morgantown, KY; her great grandchild Zaylee Ann Neal of Morgantown, KY; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Nicole Jones of Morgantown, KY, John Jones of Indianapolis, Bennie Ray Neal of Morgantown, KY and Amanda L. Neal of Bowling Green, KY; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ben Jones of Morgantown, KY, Xavier Jones of Hartford, KY, Caden Jones of Hartford, KY and Johnathan Jones of Iowa; and her sisters, Sherri Bethann Mudd (Marion) of Caneyville, KY and Karen Evans (Anthony) of Morgantown, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
