She was predeceased by: her parents, Leamon Sr. Henderson and Ilean Howard Henderson; her husband William Joe Hancock; her son Jessie Benonie; and her sister Ramona Cardwell.
She is survived by: her daughter Joanna Lynn Hancock Skinner of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Samantha Scarbrough (Austin) of Central City, Melissa Skinner of Hartford and William Hancock of Morgantown; her great grandchild Artimis Scarbrough; her siblings, Leamon Henderson Jr. (Patricia) of Morgantown, Patricia Johnson (Carlie) of Georgia and Betty Jones of Morgantown; and her aunt JoAnn Weber of Louisville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews cousins and lots of friends.
