She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Colter and Barbara Miller Colter; and her sister Vanessa Miller. She is survived by: her children, Hailey Star Johnson of Morgantown, Tracie Ann Johnson of Morgantown, Dakota Decker of Indiana and Christopher Decker (Jessica) of Morgantown; her grandchild Graclynn Decker of Morgantown; and her siblings, Melissa Phelps of Morgantown, Terry Smallwood of Louisville and Timothy Miller of Morgantown.
