He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernard Haynes and Lillian Phelps Haynes; and his sister Veneda Tarrance. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Proctor (Kenneth) of Morgantown, KY; and his brother Bill Haynes of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
