She is survived by: her sons, Scotty Proctor of Morgantown and Derek Proctor of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Kierra Neighbors of Morgantown, Austin of Morgantown, Autumn of Morgantown, Kaleigh of Morgantown, Jake Proctor of Morgantown and Evan Lewis Proctor of Indianapolis; and her siblings, David Evans (Kathy) of Bowling Green, Donnie Evans (Linda) of Morgantown, Virginia "Jenny" Evans of Bowling Green and Lisa Evans of Lawrenceburg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
