He was predeceased by: his parent Vannie Blunk. He is survived by: his mother Viola Renfrow Blunk of Morgantown, KY; his children, Roger Blunk Jr. (Barbara) of Roundhill, KY, Marc Jason Blunk of Lexington, KY and Lena Marie Kline of Frankfort, KY; and his siblings, Lanny Blunk (Vannessa) of Roundhill, KY, Bob Blunk (Kimberly) of Illnois, Bill Blunk of Mammoth Cave, KY, Barbara Daugherty (Doc) of Morgantown, KY and Kylia Scott (James) of Elizabethtown, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
