She is survived by: her husband David Allen Smith of Morgantown; her children, Amanda Hayduk (Kevin) of Morgantown, David D. Smith of Bowling Green and Daniel Smith of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Kiersten Foit of Morgantown and Nathan Hayduk of Morgantown; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Entrekin (Bobby) of Alabama, Reaunetta Hatcher of Bowling Green and Lois Higgs of Leitchfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
