She is survived by: her husband Burbon Pendley of Morgantown; her son Byron Pendley (Sarah) of Beaver Dam; her brothers, Lonnie Phelps Jr. (Joanna) of Hartford, John Phelps (Janet) of Owensboro, J. C. and Walter Phelps (Bonnie) of Owensboro; and her grandchildren, Eden Pendley of Beaver Dam, Noah Pendley of Beaver Dam and Lily-Mae Pendley of Beaver Dam.
