He is survived by: his parents, Harrison Pendley and Delphia Pendley of Morgantown; his children, Tyler Davidson Pendley and Tabitha Harley Pendley of Russellville; his sisters, Tammy Phelps (Doug) of Morgantown and Pam Rose (Gigi) of Morgantown; his aunts, Dulcie Lee, Bettie Phelps and Jean Thompson; his uncle Dallas Pendley; his nephews, Ryan Pendley (Dana), Jared Rose and Dillon Phelps; and his great-niece Kimber. He is also survived by several cousins and special friends.
