He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Clair and Mae Spicer; his siblings, Solomon Clair, Franklin Clair, Leander Clair, Bryant Clair, Ona Vee Clair, Martha Mercy Clair, Mary Lou Clair, Roberta Clair and Lilly Mae Clair; and his sons, Jeffery Kent Clair, Richard Clair (Freda) and Roscoe Clair Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Carl A Clair, Kenneth Deein Clair (Jane), Sue Ellen Clair and Robin Clair; and his siblings, Charles Clair (Cecil), Mitchel Clair, Irene Clair and Shirley Clair.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Clair Family Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clair Cemetery. A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Clair Family Cemetery.
