He was predeceased by: his parent Odie Moore; his brothers, Allen Duncan, Jeffery Moore, Sr. and Garry Moore; his daughter Tiffany Moore; and his granddaughter Cheyenne Baker.

He is survived by: his mother Sue Moore of Mortons Gap, KY.; his wife Rachel Moore of Mortons Gap, KY; his children, Allen Moore of Beulah, KY, Regina Moore Baker (James) of Cadiz, KY, Sean Hale of Madisonville, KY and Savannah Maiden (Johnnie) of Madisonville, KY; his siblings, Sharon Basham (James) of Mortons Gap, KY, Phyllis Moore of Mortons, Paul Moore (Pat) of Beulah, KY, Barry Moore (Sonya) of Kuttawa and Michael Moore (Tammy) of Onton, KY; and his granddaughter Erica Baker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
