She was predeceased by : her parents, Maurice "Bus" and Ella Henson Courtney; her former life partner Paul Steven Pugh; and her brothers, Garrett Courtney and Jerry Courtney.

She is survived by : her husband Steve; her children, Paul Pugh (Julie) of Citrus Springs, FL and Melissa (Brad); her brothers, Larry Courtney and Bill; her sister-in-law Darlene Courtney; and her grandchildren, Fallon Boswell (Justin) and Brayde.
