She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Skaggs and Anna Mae Etherton Skaggs; her husband David Waddell; her siblings, Flora Alvey (Flo) and Homer Skaggs, Jr.; her nephew Mark Skaggs; her son-in-law Terry Beams; and her brother Charles Edward Skaggs.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Waddell, Johnathon Waddell, Christine Horton (Ricky), Kimberly Beams and Felicia McBride (John); her grandchildren, Jamie, Kala, Erica, Shallie and Cameron; and her siblings, Danny Skaggs (Cindy), Robert Skaggs, Imogene Skaggs, Kendall, Brenda Skaggs, Youvetta Skaggs, Patsy Self, Rebecca Blesitt and Judy Skaggs. She is also survived by Five great-grandchildren.
