As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Charlotte Ann may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray F. "Perk" Chaudoin and Genrose Sutherland Chaudoin. She is survived by: her husband Coman Ard of Hammonsville, KY; her children, Shelia Gray (Steven) and Greg Ard (Amber) of Uno, KY; her grandson Wyatt Gray; and her brothers, Terry Chaudoin (Mary) and Tony Chaudoin (Beth). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great- nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the South Fork Baptist Church (4915 New Jackson Hwy, Hodgenville, KY 42748).
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Gideons International or Bluegrass Hospice Care at UK Hopital, Lexington, KY.
