He is survived by : his siblings, Charlotte McClellan (Matthew) of Radcliff, KY, William C. Carter of Riverdale, GA, Mark D. Carter (Cynthia) of Gray Court, SC and Phillip Carter of Walbridge, OH; his niece Natalie Gorman of Chandler, TX; and his close friends, Anita Walters, Lesa and Sam Langan. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
