We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2021, at the age of 63, David Richard Quillen of Nancy, Kentucky, born in Jenkins, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila J. Quillen; his stepmother Barbara Quillen; and his grandparents, Cletus, Bernice Howell, William and Thelma Quillen.
He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Quillen-Shell of Nancy; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Colten and Aleigha; his father George Quillen; his brothers, Scott Quillen (Deborah) and James Quillen (Jennifer); and his siblings' children, Cole Price and Cooper Caudill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends; he also leaves behind 2 special friends.
