He is survived by: his wife Glenda Ann Brown Campbell; his children, Jody Lamar Campbell of Caintown and Ginger Elaine Stapp (Vince) of Florence, KY; and his grandchildren, Ryan Stapp, Allison Stapp, Luke Campbell, John Campbell, Owen Campbell and Jason Campbell.
