He is survived by: his children, Charles Haywood, Jr (Kathy), Steven Haywood (Wendy), Cheryl Janes (Bill), Mary Lu Richardson (Dan), Barbara Barnett (Dale Stringer), Shaun Breit, Paula Adkins (Darrell) and Colleen Haywood (Mike Lodise); and his sister Agnita Heer.
