He is survived by: his wife Betty Mattingly; his children, Amanda Zoeller (Dominic), Manette Gutterman (Mike), Theresa Sarkis (John) and Charles Mudd, Jr. (Leisha); his siblings, William Simeon Mattingly, Emma J. Miles, Mary B. Mattingly and Ann Sophia Barr; and his grandchildren, Shelby, Morgan Zoeller, Grant, Gibson Gutterman, Tyler and Nicholas Sarkis.
