She is survived by: her children, Michael J., Stephen A., Benjamin J. (Dianne), Theresa Smalley (Scott) of Frankfort, KY, Amy Cooper (Meredith) and Laurie A. (Brian). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
