He was predeceased by : his son Jeffrey Todd Owens; and his mother Beatrice Owens Jones. He is survived by : his wife Lillian Ann Owens (Snider) of New Castle; his son Darren Owens of New Castle; his grandchildren, Sarah Wright, Allison Owens, Tommy Owens and Christine Owens; and his great grandchild Bryer Wayne Webb.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the First Presbyterian Church at PO Box 132; Eminence, KY 40019.
