He was predeceased by : his father Leonard Andrew Newman. He is survived by : his mother Ethel Lee Combs Lynn of New Castle; his son Preston Anthony Baltimore of Frankfort; his stepfather Darrell Poole of New Castle; and his sister Alice Winters (Alva) of Eminence. He is also survived by one grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
