He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ernest Nifong and Jo Ann Clark Nifong; and his siblings, Ernest Nifong, Penny Bernice Chapman, Cathy Lynn Nifong and Norma Cathy Nifong.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Nifong (Samantha) of Newport, Dawn Imel (Jake) of Portland and Kay Bricking of Highland Heights, Kentucky; and his brother Jack Nifong of Bowling Green. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home (801 N Race St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shiloh Cemetery (12050 Old Bowling Green Rd, Smiths Grove, KY 42171).
