She is survived by: her son Arthur William; her close friend Ronnie Pugh; her son Paul Rookard (Jo Ellen) of Nicholasville; her grandchildren, Phil Slye (Melissa) of Maryland, Kelsea Fitzpatrick (Brooks) of Lexington and Victoria Rookard of Nicholasville; her great grandchildren, Alyssa and Austin Slye; her brother Noah W. Routt of Georgetown, KY.; and her friend Beth Williams.
