She is survived by: her children, Mary McCollum of Nicholasville, Charles Weatherly, Steve Weatherly of Georgetown and David Weatherly of Springfield; and her siblings, James Adams of Springfield, Nellie Lawson, Beatrice Lewis of Springfield, Betty Ann Lewis (Albert) of Willisburg and Frances Lanham of Bardstown.
