He was predeceased by: his brothers, Avon Bradshaw, Jr. and Billy Lee (Marilyn Bradshaw). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Cobb Bradshaw; his daughters, Robin Elizabeth Martin (Shaun) of Frankfort and Ann Marie Shelley (Randy) of Wilmore; his grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Shelley and Benjamin Ray Shelley; his siblings, Anna Elizabeth Bradshaw and Cecil Dean Bradshaw (Helen); his sister-in-law Lena Bradshaw; and his nieces, Roxanne Sparks (Bill) and Jane Woodward (Ryan).
