She is survived by: her spouse Romeo Welch Sr.; her children, Charlotte Barron (Raymond) and Romeo Welch Jr (Angelia); her grandchildren, David Barron (Pamela), Jason Barron (Emilee), Lindsey Bonds, Ashley Welch, Natasha Hugie and Jessy Welch; and her brother Robert Stanley Shelton (Virginia).
