He was predeceased by: his wife Jenny Adams; his parents, Etta Plowman and Banford Adams; and his brother Donnie Crouch. He is survived by: his children, Chelsea Stone (Isaiah) of Nicholasville, Kayla Savage of Nicholasville and Glenn Allen Adams; his grandchildren, Hannah Becknell, Aiden Becknell and Miah Stone; and his siblings, Billie Watkins and Earl Crouch (Patsy).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Hospice of the Bluegrass.
