She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Fowler and Margaret M. Fowler; and her brother Ryan Fowler. She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Mullaney; her son-in-law Alan McGowan; her siblings, Douglas Fowler (Nancy Green) and Ann Fowler; her stepdaughter Kathy Farmer (Claude Moochie Farmer); and her stepgrandchildren, Justin Farmer (Carolyn Farmer), Ashley Farmer and Kelly Barnett (Tyson Barnett). She is also survived by numerous in-laws, cousins, and extended family.
