He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Randall Collins of Ermine and Anna Mae Perez of Texas; his fiancée Teresa King; his daughters, Crystal Gail Spears of Blackey and Jasmine Collins of Harlan; his sisters, Melissa Vanderpool of Martin, Peggy Sue Collins of Jeremiah, Tonia Collins of Whitesburg, Kristi Creech of Letcher and Monica Adams of Ermine; and his grandchildren, Nico Rayne Spears, Blake Randall Collins and Charleigh Beth Collins.
