He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oliver and Clara B. Wilburn Padgett. He is survived by: his wife Angie Padgett; his daughter Margaret; his grandson Malachai James Padgett; and his siblings, Richard, Timmy Padgett and Crystal Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
