He was predeceased by: his grandfather Billy Conn Adams; and his great-grandparents, Rev. C. B. and Dorothy Coots. He is survived by: his father Terry Page of Warrior, AL; his siblings, Brandon Adams of Nicholasville, Alex Adams (Megan) of Linefork, KY, Trevor Adams (Anthony) of Dallas, TX and Rebecca Adams (Tristan) of Nicholasville; and his grandparents, Frank, Grace May of Nicholasville, Louise Adams of Jeremiah, KY and Juanita Page of Warrior, AL.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
