He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Daniel (Bethanne) and Joel (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Eliza, Anna, Delia and Ezra; his siblings, Craig of Schaumburg, IL and Carol of Rolling Meadows, IL.; his grandsons, Micah and Craig Mostad; and his nephews, Matthew and Jason Seamands.
