He is survived by: his wife Aloma Hoover; his children, Kerry B. Hoover of Danville, KY, Hope Hoover-Armstead (Tim Barrett) of York, PA and Kimberly Hoover-Eddy of Danville, KY; and his grandchildren, Adam Hoover, Ryan Armstead, Daine Eddy, Anna Eddy, Rachael Armstead and Alexander Armstead. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Humane Society of Boyle Co and Heritage Hospice.
