She is survived by: her spouse William Alton Hornbeck; her parent Sallie Clay Sinclair Bradley; her sister Suzanne Kelley of Lexington; her children, Mike (Julie), Glenn (Lanier) and Jane Clay Zakrzewski (Edward) of Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Kelly Elizabeth Moore (Mark) of Georgetown, Christopher William Ervin of Lexington, Alexandria Clay Zakrzewski (Matt) of Dayton and Samuel Edward Zakrzewski of Brooklyn, NY; and her great grandchildren, Amber Rose of Georgetown, Erin of Georgetown and Emma of Georgetown.
