It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Duggins (Nicholasville, Kentucky), born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on December 6, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Glenn Richard. He is survived by: his parent Drumenda Masters Duggins; and his siblings, David Duggins (Judy), Tony Duggins and Marsha Duggins.
