She is survived by: her spouse Donald; her sons, Brandon Combs and Jason Combs (Bree); her sisters, Aleene Creech (Glenn), Bonnie Garrett, Dottie Spicer (Ralph), Paula Campbell and Monella Keene, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Lauren Combs, Grace Combs, Noah Combs and Eli Combs.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice of the Bluegrass.
