He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fleming Bailey and Margaret Brown Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Carla Bailey; his children, Margaret Ast (Greg), Stetson Hoffman (Chris), Stacy Bailey (Matt) and Bill Bailey, III (Karen); and his brother Ed Bailey (Corinna). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
