He is survived by: his spouse Ethel Jane Stotts Slugantz; his children, William Stephen Slugantz (Carolyn) and Brian Dale Slugantz; his grandchildren, Stephen Chase Slugantz, Caleb Joseph Slugantz, Brian Tyler Slugantz, William Lincoln Slugantz and Lindsey Danielle Slugantz; and his siblings, Tenney Elizabeth Stinnett and John Thomas Slugantz.
