Salter; his sons, Michael and Matt Salter; his grandchildren, Amberly, Aaron, Hannah, Savannah, Matti, Jackson, Keith, Blake and Valerie; his mother Jackie; his siblings, Gary, Christy and Karen; and his aunt Debra. He is also survived by grandkid, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
