He was predeceased by: his grandfather Grady Sumpter; and his brother Nicholas Sumpter. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Eugene Sumpter and Heather Lynn Loveless Sumpter; his grandparents, Kathy Sumpter of Arkansas and Joe Rivera (Lucy) of Florida; his nieces, Natailia Crutchfield, Arianna Sumpter, Kinlynn Spradlin and Kahealani Bacchus; and his nephew Justice Higginbotham.
