She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Hayes and Betty Malone Hayes. She is survived by: her close friend Bobby Miller of Oak Grove; her son Erik Ortt (Keara) of Nicholasville; her stepdaughter Chasity Ortt Davis of Hopkinsville; and her siblings, Craig Hayes (Angie) of Hendersonville, TN and Donna Leavell (Richard) of Hopkinsville. She is also survived by her step grandson, five nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; and two bonus granddaughters.
