He is survived by: his mother Emma Katherine VanHoose; and his siblings, Garry Dewayne Conley (Telena) of Staffordsville, Glenn Kelly Conley (Paula) of Oil Springs, Kentucky and Joaquinna Emma Katherine Conley (Phillip) of Oil Springs, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
