It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charleen Maddix of Olive Hill, Kentucky, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Arvel Holbrook; and her sister Alma Tackett. She is survived by: her mother Kathryn Hedge Holbrook; her husband Sammy Maddix; her children, Michelle Underwood (John) and Sammy Maddix, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jonathan Underwood (Kirsten), KaLeigh Hemminger (Jason) and Danielle Underwood; her great grandchild Oliver Underwood; her siblings, Bonnie Gilliam (Dallas), Sherri Frerichs (Terry) and Danny Holbrook (Glenna); and her siblings-in-law, Jill Molton, JoAnn Tucker (Ronnie) and Rick Maddix (Linda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless other family members and friends.
