She is survived by : her mother Lillie Mae Thurman; her significant other Clayton Middleton; her siblings, Elsie Middleton (Mike Carper) of Carter, KY, Patricia Hickerson of Flemingsburg, KY, Dovey Hamilton (Doug) of West Union, OH, Rhonda Godbey (Eddie Carver) of McDermott, OH, Harold Rickett of McDermott, OH and Charles Durham (Lori Short) of Jackson, OH; her niece Rebecca Dummit (Nathan); her great-aunt Olive Hill; and her sister-in-law Edna Middleton of Olive Hill, KY.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, close friends.
