She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Rates Lewis, Sr.; and her children, Charles R. Lewis, Jr., Deana L. Leak and Joyce M. Fulton. She is survived by : her children, Rev. Larry Lewis (Vivian), Knox Dennie Lewis (Joanie), James Lewis, John Lewis (Yager), Pamilla Bracy, Anita Jackson (Michael), Wanda Tinsley (Steve), Mona Tinnin (Curtis), Connie Moredock, Marion Fernandez, Jill Higgs (Kenneth), Mary Jan Lewis and Omega Kathy Lewis; and her sister Gladys Shauntee of Owensboro. She is also survived by 59 grandchildren, 105 great- grandchildren.
