She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Pence and Charlesetta Johnson Pence; her husband Charles "Binky" Mattingly; her grandson Keaton Payne; and her siblings, Jane Benner and Charles Pence.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Mattingly (David Goetz), Janet Lanham (Tater), Jill Mattingly (Jimmy Mattingly), Johna Lewis (Terrance) and Jamie Mattingly (Amy); her siblings, Jack Pence and Kathy Pence; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Pence, Lynn Pence, Donna Mattingly and Bill Mattingly. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A prayer was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. William Catholic Church (9525 KY-144, Philpot, KY 42366). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
